We operate a strict zero-tolerance approach to all forms of bribery, corruption, and fraudulent activity.
This policy applies to all employees of J&J Management London Ltd, including permanent, temporary, agency, and freelance staff. It also applies to company directors, managers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and any third parties who perform work or services on behalf of the company.
Bribery is defined as the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value to influence the actions of an individual or organisation in a position of power. Fraud refers to deliberate deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. This includes, but is not limited to, the falsification of documents, false billing, theft, or the misuse of company assets and information.
J&J Management London Ltd strictly prohibits all forms of bribery and fraud. No employee, contractor, or third party is permitted to offer or receive any bribe or facilitation payment, regardless of value or intent. Breaches of this policy by employees will be considered a serious matter and may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal for gross misconduct. In cases involving third parties, contracts may be terminated, and legal action may be pursued. Where necessary, incidents will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
